My Seven Core Values
- Confidentiality - I value your confidentiality. I guarantee that any points discussed with me will be kept in the strictest of confidence and I will not share your details with any other organisations.
- Advice & Guidance - I believe that you have all the resources within you to achieve practically anything you choose. I will not advise you or ask you to do anything and will not tell you how you should lead your life. I value the process of coaching you to find your own way forward. I will ask questions and give you options, but the decision to take action will always be yours.
- Approach to Sales - I value a consultative and relaxed approach to selling my coaching programme. I believe that it is unprofessional to highlight perceived faults in other coaches as I respect that they all have their own unique style and approach. If I do not believe that we will work well together or that you will not significantly benefit from my coaching I will explain why and suggest that you select an alternative coach or professional. That said, this is a rare occurence and I can usually help most people who take an introductory session.
- Respect - I understand that you have your own individual strengths and weaknesses. I will be very respectful of your circumstances and position.
- Relationship - I place significant value in building trust and equality within the coaching relationship. This is absolutely key to the delivery of an effective coaching programme.
- Value for Money - I offer a competitive rate given the benefit you will receive from the coaching. It is important to me that you see a significant return on your investment and feel that you have received value for money. It satisfies me to know that I have done a good job and helps my business grow through referrals.
- Credibility & Experience - I have a track record of success in a variety of contexts. During the initial consultation I will talk through my credentials including relevant qualifications and case studies.
