I deliver Executive Coaching over the telephone or face-to-face. Unlike group-based training courses, executive coaching provides you with individual support, which is tailored to your own specific requirements. I work with talented new managers, senior managers and executives. Executive Coaching provides you with powerful ‘thinking space’ that will increase your awareness and enable you to find solutions.

Coaching within organisations and the use of professional coaches is growing in the UK and across the globe by the day. The goal setting techniques that we will use will introduce accountability that will help with your motivation.
The demands placed on individuals within organisations are rising and executives will often carry a lot of weight on their shoulders, but may not have a safe and confidential environment in which to discuss their concerns.
