Executive Coaching - Programme Structure
Executive coaching or management coaching is structured into a programme. Typically, you will attend a free session with me up front (no obligation), which can be face-to-face, over the telephone or over Skype. During this session we will work through your challenges and opportunities at a high level. Towards the end of the session I will suggest a programme structure that will give you the results in the areas that you need them.
Programmes consist of six sessions (in addition to the initial free session) and unlimited email and laser focused telephone support between sessions. Again, these sessions can be face-to-face or telephone/Skype based. The sessions last between one to two hours depending upon the content.
It is quite normal to find that business and personal challenges overlap. For example, I may be working on a time management challenge with somebody that has unreasonable demands placed upon their time in their personal life, which are impacting their work. It is absolutely fine to step outside of the business context and do some work on the personal challenge if you wish. I provide coaching across a range of different personal areas so I am usually well placed to help you out.
It goes without saying that information I am made aware of through the executive coaching and management coaching is kept in the strictest of confidence. Nothing is discussed with anybody else without first getting your consent.
It is also possible to generate free executive or management coaching sessions. This is possible through my referral scheme. If you refer a colleague or member of your team for some executive coaching or management coaching and they go on to take a programme you are entitled to a free session. I have many clients who have received dozens of free sessions through making referrals within their organisation.
