Instead, my sessions are forward looking and very focused, which allows you to get the results you need quickly and enjoyably (life is too short!) ensuring that you get the best value out of the time we spend together. The sessions are complemented with unlimited email support so that I can be there for you whenever you need me.
I have many years Life Coaching and Business Coaching experience and I have been fortunate enough to help thousands of people from various backgrounds. Do you need an Executive Coach? My consulting, management and coaching experience has been gained in senior management and consultancy positions at some of the UK’s largest corporate organisations including British Telecom, Experian and Boots.
I am the author of the Life Tools Book and Personal Development Programme, which have benefited thousands of people through its use across UK universities helping them in many areas including stress management, goal setting and the creation of a life plan. I will not advise you or ask you to do anything through the Life Coaching process and will not tell you how you should lead your life. I value the process of coaching you to find your own way forward. I will ask questions and give you options, but the decision to take action will always be yours.
- Approach to Selling Services - I value a consultative and relaxed approach to selling my services. If I do not believe that we will work well together or that you will not significantly benefit from my coaching I will explain why and suggest that you select an alternative coach or professional. That said, this is a rare occurrence and I am able to help most people.
- Respect - I understand that you have your own individual strengths and weaknesses. I will be respectful of your circumstances and position.
- Relationship - I place significant value in building trust and equality within the Life Coaching relationship. This is absolutely key to the delivery of effective coaching.
